1. Role and Responsibilities:
1.1 Executive Partners are responsible for user acquisition, engagement, and monitoring activities on Partners.
2. User Registration and Compliance:
2.1 To become an Executive Partner, applicants must complete the registration process on the partners.com.bd website.
2.2 Applicants must provide accurate personal information and submit required documents for verification.
2.3 Required documents for registration include NID card, H.S.C certificate and photo
3. Age Requirement:
3.1 Executive Partners must be at least 18 years old to engage in partnership with PARTNERS
4. Earnings and Incentives:
4.1 Executive Partners may earn rewards or commissions based on their performance and successful user acquisitions.
4.2 Incentives are provided for according to the role of Executive Partners given by Partners.
5. Bundle Collection and Usage:
5.1 Executive Partners will collect bundles from the company or from their own city partner.
5.2As per the Executive Partners role, any transactions involving general users and city partners are entirely their individual responsibility and Partners won’t carry any accountability for those transactions.
6. Transaction Transparency:
6.1 All transactions conducted by Executive Partners must be transparent and in accordance with the financial laws of Bangladesh.
6.2 Any income earned is subject to applicable taxes, and Executive Partners are responsible for tax compliance.
7. User Network Expansion within Bangladesh:
7.1 Executive Partners are encouraged to expand their network across the country, ensuring that activities align with local laws and regulations.

11.5 Then Partners will promptly terminate the access of the Executive Partner from their user account.
11.6 After access removal, only the Partners retain access and rights to the executive partner’s user account.
11.7 Partners possess the discretion to either remove or transfer control of the account as they deem fit.
12. Modification of Terms:
12.1 Partners reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions for Executive Partners.
12.2 Changes will be communicated to Executive Partners, and continued engagement implies acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Termination:
Partners reserves the right to terminate the partnership with an Executive Partner in case of non-compliance with terms or unethical behavior.
14. Governing Law:
14.1The terms and conditions for Executive Partners are governed by the laws of government of Bangladesh.
14.2 Disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in government of Bangladesh.
