Terms and Conditions for City Partner at PARTNERS:
1. Role and Responsibilities:
  * City Partners are responsible for executive partner acquisition, engagement, and monitoring activities on Partners.

2. User Registration and Compliance:
   * To become a City Partner, applicants must complete the registration process on the partners.com.bd website.
   * Applicants must provide accurate personal information and submit required documents for verification.
   * Required documents for registration include NID card, Trade License and photo 

3. Age Requirement:
   3.1 City Partners must be at least 18 years old to engage in partnership with Partners.

4. City Partner agreement:
  4.1 To become a city partner, a registered agreement must be entered into with the company, which will be stamped at a value of 300 tk.
  4.2 If city partner acts outside the agreement according to their role, Partners can take appropriate action against the city partner.

 5. Earnings and Incentives:
   5 .1 City Partners may earn rewards or commissions based on their performance and successful executive partner acquisitions.
   5 .2 Incentives are provided for according to the role of City Partners given by Partners.

6. Bundle Collection and Usage:
    City Partners may collect bundles from the company.

7. As per the City Partners role, any transactions involving executive partners are entirely their individual responsibility and Partners won’t carry any accountability for those transactions

8.   Each time you want to use this Website, you will need to log in. Remember to keep your password confidential and do not share it with third parties. This is your responsibility.

9. Mail verification: Successful registration requires proper mail verification to ensure the accuracy of provided information.

10. Transaction Transparency:
   10.1 All transactions conducted by City Partners must be transparent and in accordance with the financial laws of Bangladesh.
   10.2 Any income earned is subject to applicable taxes, and City Partners are responsible for tax compliance.

11. User Network Expansion within specific area:
   11.1 City Partners are encouraged to expand their network the area for which he will register, ensuring that activities align with local laws and regulations.
  Networking opportunities should be fostered within the legal framework of Bangladesh.

12. Earnings and Incentives in Accordance with Tax Laws:
   12.1 City Partners must comply with Bangladesh tax laws in reporting and paying taxes on earnings and incentives received.
   12.2 The platform will provide necessary documentation for tax purposes.

13. City Partner Account Termination Protocol: 
   13.1 If a City Partner's performance is not probable within 60 days.
   13.2 If a City Partner is involved in an activity that harms the partners 
   13.3 If a City Partner is in conflict with the terms and conditions set by partners
   13.4 In the event that a City Partner is involved in activities against the laws and regulations of      the Bangladesh government while utilizing Partners.
   13.5 If a City Partner acts outside the city partner agreement, according their roles.
   13.6 Then Partners will promptly terminate the access of the City Partner from their user account.
   13.7 After access removal, only the Partners retain access and rights to the City partner’s user account.
   13.8 Partners possess the discretion to either remove or transfer control of the account as they deem fit.                                                                                                                                                                         13.9 City partners are permitted to personally visit the partners' office, providing their explanation along with supporting evidence within a 10-day period. Subsequently, the partners will conduct a thorough                  review of the presented case, in adherence to the stipulated terms and conditions.

14. Modification of Terms:
    14.1 Partners reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions for City Partners.
    14.2 Changes will be communicated to City Partners, and continued engagement implies acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Termination:
    Partners reserves the right to terminate the partnership with a City Partner in case of non-compliance with terms or unethical behavior.

16. Governing Law:
    16.1 The terms and conditions for City Partners are governed by the laws of government of Bangladesh.
    16.2 Disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in government of Bangladesh.

By becoming a City Partner, individuals agree to abide by these terms and conditions outlined by PARTNERS.
